Returns and Exchanges Policy
There’s a 30-day expiry date from the day you receive your order for valid returns. Please note the following options suitable for returns.
- Item is the wrong size.
- Item is damaged upon delivery.
- Item is not what you ordered.
- Item does not meet your expectations.
Refund: Postage and packaging fees to submit a return are not covered by FREND. Refunds are paid in full however all returns must be minus the shipping flat rate of the order processed. This will be processed once your returned item is received back to FREND.
Exchange: If the size isn't right, we can switch it out for the same item in a different size - as long as we have it in stock. If we don't, you'll need to select another option.
Credit: We'll give you a discount code equal to the value of your returned item. You can use this for any future purchase.
Always check your tracking number for the location of your item.
