Shipping Rates

There is a flat rate fee of $9.99 AUD for all Australian orders regardless of the order value. 

For all overseas orders, standard international shipping fees are applied.

Please note that additional fees may apply for expedited shipping options.

Shipping Carrier

We use Australia Post as our shipping carrier to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely and safe manner.

International Shipping

We ship all across the globe. We want you to be able to represent FREND no matter where you are.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the delivery status of your order.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for any delays or additional fees that may be incurred as a result of incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping may take up to 21 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 7 business days of the purchase date, unless otherwise specified.
